Description
Rinvolucri provides tips for teacher development focus on understanding subconscious relations with students. The first tip suggests listing students' names upon waking to reveal subconscious connections and analyse relationships. The second one addresses projecting past associations onto new students, or among them, urging awareness and differentiation. These exercises promote self-awareness and better interactions in the classroom.
